How To Return a Purchase:
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your artwork within 7 days. Please save the original packaging from when you received the art, and if you choose to send it back for a refund, repackage it in its original box and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with the return shipping address so that you can ship the artwork with the carrier of your choosing. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs and brokerage fees charged upon return. Items must be shipped within seven days of receiving the order. Any original shipping fees charged will not be refunded. There also will be a restocking fee of 15%, which will be deducted from your refund. All artwork must be received in the same condition it was in when it was mailed. Any artwork that is returned wrinkled, dented, or smudged due to mishandling will incur a handling fee based on the size and damage of the piece.
Please note, any artworks that have been altered (i.e. stretched, cropped, and/or modified in any way) after purchase are not returnable.
Returning Damaged Art:
We have all artwork professionally packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours by emailing a photo of the artwork, as well as a photo of the box to: email@example.com. Our team will advise further on your refund and/or replacement options, as well as any handling procedures which are uniquely arranged on a case-by-case basis.
